Suites88 Room Booking Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is exclusively for bookings confirmed through STAREEF APP AND E-MAIL only.
2.  The offer is available for booking at Suites88.
3.  Rooms would be offered to members subject to availability.
4.  Only Member/ Co-applicant can avail this offer and dependent.
5.  You should not have any Annual Maintenance overdue/s pending at the time of booking.
6.  Room Category – Suites Room.
7.  Rooms would be offered to all Season members subject to availability but inventory will be debited as per the
   holidaying season and apartment type opted by you.
8.  The check-in time is 15.00. Room assignment prior to this time is subject to availability. Check-out is by noon (12:00 hrs.)
9.  Booking request date has to be at least 7 days prior the check in date
10.  Maximum Number of Persons – Occupancy per room cannot exceed more than 3 pax. Extra person charges will be
    applicable
11.  A member can book for a minimum for 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights per membership
12.  Cancellation policy
    a. Nil debit of Booked Holidays – if cancellation request is 7days & greater from check-in date.,
    b. 100% debit of Booked Holidays – if cancellation request is within 7 days from check-in date.

Food and beverages Terms and Conditions

1.  30% Discount in clove restaurant and club cigar up to 10 Pax.
2.  The Joy banquet special discount rate for Members up to 150 to 250 Pax.
3.  Lounges #Tag 1 And #Tag 2 discount rate for Members 25 to 40 Pax.
4.  All food bills/other amenities have to be settled by the member directly

Swimming pool And Gym Terms and Conditions

1. . Only members and SUITES88 guest residents can use.

SPA Terms and Conditions

1. 30% Discount only members and SUITES88 guest.

Note:-

1. GST and Gov. Tax applicable.
2.  The annual maintenance charges 9900/- (Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Rs. Only) Yearly.
3.  Increase 2% of annual maintenance charges yearly.
4.  This membership is transferable after the demise of principal member at a very nominal fee. (Elite member)
